Staf at location, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Top notch customer service. The car I rented a Nissan - easy to drive, good amenities - if they worked. No fluid in windshield washers front and back, I had to inflate a tire twice in one week, cruise control not working (I looked in manual, followed directions - I'm not hugely tech savvy - could have been my skills). Cloth seats in Florida, car smelled like stale fragrance bombs. Location is not in the airport. Listed online as $185 per week - many extras. I had to purchase insurance although my insurance covers this. It was a Sunday, I had not planned on renting a car, w/o a document, had to purchase. Car comes with easypass - $12 per day. I drove away in the car after paying $352 - not $185. The old adage holds "If it sounds too good to be true..."

It took us 2 hours to pick up the rental car. It was like we didn't have a reservation, charged a $500 deposit, toll pass cost $12 per day at one week was over $100., and they tax tolls, what! They tried to charge us full coverage insurance even though we showed them our Credit card statement and our policy. Had to bring up my insurance policy on my phone for proof at the last minute. We felt like we paid more than saved from all the added charges and taxes. Half of the people trying to rent walked out without a car at all. Plus, they are hard to find at the airport, the shuttle takes you 20 minutes away from the airport. You stranded if you don't fork over the money. Not Great.

Did not like the way you needed to take 2 shuttles to get to your car. This would have been worth it if you really did get the car for what the quoted online. The final price IS NOT what they quote you when they say "this is what you will pay when you get to the counter." They charge you $14.99 a day to use YOUR OWN insurance. I have never heard of this. They also charge you a $15.00 disinfectant fee. Ridiculous. Usually when you rent from a reputable car rental place you get a nice, new, clean car which doesn't need disinfected. This was not worth the $120 I saved on the car. Oh yeah, forgot to mention. The car had 82,000 miles on it and sounded like it was not even going to make it back!!! Don't do it, it is not worth it!

Rental agency did not have promised car available at the scheduled time. Agent then said they could not rent to in-state customers without surcharges. None of this was disclosed prior to rental, but made entire process feel scamy. Had to scramble to find another rental agency at last minute higher price.
