This rental car company is not in the main building where the other companies are. You have to take a second bus to get to the Economy building. This is not explained ANYWHERE during the booking process, nor are there any signs inside the main rental car building explaining it. In addition, there was only one single employee working the counter when we got there (and a long line of people waiting to get their cars). The employee upsold me an EZPass device which, it turned out, I didn't need, since there are virtually no toll roads in South Florida. So that was $40 down the drain. Overall, not a great rental car experience.
Customer service sucks the line is ridiculous after I waited for an hour and a half they told me if I use my own insurance I had to pay $200 more!!!:(
I was worried because the car rental office was offsite BUT the shuttle is right outside the car rental pickup center in FLL airport and it was so quick, easy and simple to rent from them. My experience was hassle free and super easy. The customer service agents and van shuttle drivers were also extremely hospitable. I definitely recommend them.
