Customer service was not helping rearranging my reservation when my travel plans were delayed. Had to pay for a car I didn’t use
Cons:I was not told that I could not pay for the rental on a debit card. This rental was to pick up my children in Atlanta. Dollar refused to allow the transaction to go through forcing me to rent at the last second from another vendor at a much higher price.
Everything was fantastic
