Even after a FLR baggage delay (Air France's fault) beyond pick-up time, Dollar was able to provide an excellent Fiat 500. Nine days later, at a drop-off as easy as it gets, the total was cheaper than the pick-up estimate. Plus, the Hertz/Dollar rep who took the car was an amiable tennis fan. A great rental Karma experience. Viva Dollar Aeroporto Firenze!
Out tyre inflated and we waited pick-up truck 4 hours on the highway. After that pick-up truck left us where we do not know ‘’ where we are’’. Compony’s solition was that ‘’pick up a taxi and go hotel’’. We told them we can not pay 3 hours taxi price but they did not solve this problem. We are waiting to charge our losses. We were in a vacation but they made a disaster for us. And they lied to us about insuruance. Now still they did not pay out expense. We are waiting.
