Car start with problems in the border with Canada. I called roadside assistance. Start a claim, call get disconnected. I've to go all the way back to USA the closest location for a rental exchange. They said nothing was on file. I tried to call roadside again. No luck. I've to cameback to my city. For my good luck nothing else happened
Staff rude and not helpful. Made no effort to resolve problem. Willing to leave hanging two eighty year olds out of town on a technicality
