The car interior (or at least the trunk space) had not been cleaned prior to my rental. The staff was phenomenal, though. One employee even lent me her phone to call family when I'd lost my cell. I wish I'd gotten her name. I was so stressed at the time that I didn't think to ask.

The staff was friendly and picking up was easy. I like it.
Employees were less than friendly. The car was dirty in the middle of a pandemic and the air didn’t work. I just flew in and out of Charleston and the rental experience with Alamo was top notch.
