My flight was cancelled and customer service was easy to get a hold of to talk to an actual person. This person was friendly and helped make sure I still had a reservation when I had to arrive late. They did not have the model of the car I actually reserved but if you are flexible, it’s not a problem. I booked a midsize SUV because that was what was available online, but in reality, I got a VW Jetta which is more like what I wanted in the first place so it worked out great. Easy check in, easy drop off, all at the airport a quick walk from baggage claim.

I reserved the car at 1 am. When I showed up they said they do not honor same day reservations and that they do not rent ofr extended periods. I left without a rental car.
