I had already booked everything online several months in advance for the car rental to pick it up at the airport and I still had to wait an hour in line. It was already way over priced for one week rental. We had to change the drop off location two hours away because our airline changed our airport location and budget screwed me with an extra $300 charge!
The service was awesome
Pros:We loved the Jeep upgrade
Cons:Our flight got in a little earlier and the computer wanted to charge $200 more for that extra hour! Our agent did get it taken care of
Very rude staff member. He claimed to be the manager. We ended up renting from National instead, even though they were more expensive. In the end it was so worth it for the customer service.
