They did not rent to me because my flight reservation did not match with my car rent reservation, I did not advise that when you reserved with them, very but experience!!
Employees were courteous and business like. Good experience.
I had only a debit card and no outgoing flight so Budget refused to rent even though I had reserved online and had been charged to my debit card. I want my money back. If you can get my card charge refunded i will be happy. Also make it clear that you only accept “credit” cards and not debit cards. Also what’s up with needing an outgoing flight—I’m a local and needed a car cause mine was in the shop. Please fix this
The only thing that could have been better is more staff at the counter to handle the amount of people picking up at the same time I was. They had five staff working but around 15-20 people in line. The staff member serving me was friendly, polite and did everything she could to accommodate me.
The price and service were great. My SUV was a much older model. The upholstery was stained and ripped in a few places
