Our flight landed about 40 min early. We got to the budget desk and were told to wait 40 min for our car. The guy behind me had a reservation for an hour and half later and they gave him a car early. I’m not sure why I had to wait 40 min. Was a car really not already there for my reservation. So I waited 40 min and then it took another hour to get my car. So I didn’t get my car until a full hour after my reservation and I waited 40 min on top of that for nothing. Terrible customer service. I’ve never had that happen before. Flights can be early and they can be delayed, the budget is at an airport, you guys have to be a little flexible with 30 min increments. It was just poor customer service. Also, why wasn’t I just handed the keys and driving off? I don’t think it was efficient to wait in line inside to do paperwork and then wait outside for someone to drive the car around. There were parking spots for budget, the cars should already just be there.
They are easy to use . . when you come back ..pull in the parking garage . .park the car in the line .. a person comes and checks you out and give you a receipt.. you are on your way to your flight

The service was excellent! Efficient and courteous! The car was clean and had no lingering odor of smoke!
The guy at the counter was not helpful even mocked me then when i go to pick up the keys the workers sat there on their phones and had bad attitudes my advice dont rent from budget ad Pensacola airport
