it all worked out
Very friendly staff and the quickest and easiest pick up and drop off. The car was new and really nice for the cheapest deal. I would definitely rent there again.
Liked: Upgraded me without much fuss to Mini Van, since they didn't have my reserved Full Size SUV. Disliked: Didn't have what I had reserved, even after confirmation e-mail was received from them the day before. Had to wait in line for at least 45 mins before I was able to be helped with my reservation/pick up. Flights didn't change, plans didn't change, but some how the reservation was only til Noon my day of departure and they charged me about $200 more for the "3 hr late turn in."
Very rude. We will never rent from Lafayette Airport again.
