Despite a confirmed reservation, no cars were available for the entire weekend. Budget did NOTHING to help. At least 30 people were in the same situation. We travelled with my baby, which meant Ubers were very difficult because of his seat. Other travelers stranded at the airport included a 91 year old woman in a wheelchair with her daughter who didn’t use app based ride services. Ridiculous!!!

Car was dirty and hard to find in lot and no floor mats. Service light was on. Had to return the car earlier than booked and service desk could not figure out how to adjust the bill and we were charged for a whole month when we didn’t have it for a month.

When I picked the car up, the contract charged for prepaid gas. I was told if I returned it full the prepaid charge would be deleted. The returning location would not delete it, said I would have to call customer service and talk with them. Haven’t been able to get them on phone yet

Once fees and insurance (which is often required) is added in, the cost is about double what I was quoted. Also, the line at the rental car booth at JAX airport was insane. Had to wait in line for 1hr 20min, which was a very frustrating experience. Didn't have any issues with the car itself though.

The car was damaged. They did not have my car available. The car was not clean. Had to wait 15 for another car. Horrible overall.
