What a great experience. Our flight was 3 hours late, so I called ahead to say we would be arriving shortly after closing hours and ask for assistance. The Budget counter stayed open for us and for others on the same plane. We sat next to a woman on the plane who had called a different rental agency and been told no, if she didn't arrive on time, no car. We will be using Budget for all rentals from now on.

I loved the quick check in, excellent super quick drop off in fact. Proximity to airport excellent. Car was OK - acceptable for sure. It was not 100% clean - felt like it had dirty rag marks on the dash, etc. Otherwise fine.
