The car had problems in the locking system, after a couple of days the front door lock didn't work anymore and I had to get in through the trunk! This was already known by the rental car agents beforehand, but they didn't really care about it.

Great service; the check-in and orientation were thorough and helpful. Return was smooth and easy. Car was fine.
I liked nothing about the experience. Terrible! I arrived at 7:40 PM on a flight from Buenos Aires. Nobody was at the counter for the Pickup of the reserved car. I took a Taxi to a hotel. The next morning I took a taxi back to the airport at 8:15 AM. Still no one there. They have an after-hours number that no one answers. They Suck Thank God a reputable company was there AVIS. I highly recommend it.

Just request the service people to move the car at the beginning to more convenient start spot rather then revers uphill until you get to feel the car.

Dear Alamo customer service team, We have experienced the worst service ever from one of your independent franchisee in Salta, Argentina. We rented a car at the airport and the wheels were marked with yellow and blue coloring. When asked about it, the agent told this is to mark sufficient tire pressure. Subsequently, we were showed the spare tire and told that wheel and tire damage should not be documented on the “general condition of the vehicle sheet”. One hour later, the low tire pressure signal came on. We refilled the tires with air but the signal came back on. Not surprisingly, while driving on a paved road, one of the tires popped. We were going downhill and had to drive an additional 100yards to get to a flat surface allowing us to replace the popped tire with the spare one. This has most probably damaged the tire further. Back at the airport we reported the issue, but the independent agent decided to charge us $350 for the popped tire. This is outrageous since obviously the provided tire was old and most probably in poor condition. I have been renting all over the US and abroad for many years with no issue. I have never popped a tire before. Getting honest clients pay to replace old tires is an horrendous scam and cannot be tolerated. Looking forward to a quick resolution to this issue and immediate action towards your independent agent.

The guy at pickup and drop off was really nice and helpful. Good service, spoke perfectly English, no nonsense mentality. Well done. Car was good, clean and well maintained.
Excellent and practical way to rent a car. Two profesionals very respectful attended me at the airport. They make you feel comfortable on sheduling the delivery back as the flight was quite early - and we had enough time to do everything on the delivering day. The car was awesome - economic, clean and was enough to what I needed. I would recommend easily!
Return at the airport was confusing. The return lot was closed but there were no signs telling us where to go.

There was a big difference between the price announced by Kayak and the price we had to pay at reception of the car. Furthermore, after complaining at kayak, they refuse to take any responsibility in that mistake. I will strongly advice people to never use kayak.
