Windows of the car had water spots/streaks left from cleaning. Potentially using a dirty towel to clean them? Using the wipers and spray did not clean them, we had to stop and clean them once we reached our destination, the spots are more visible at night when driving.
Drop Off, Easy with no attendant, put keys in box and go. Pickup, horrible, line wait was 20 minutes with 1 attendant and many customers waiting.

My credit card that I use for car rentals had expired and you really can’t get a car without a credit card. Also, we rushed to get back by the deadline to the airport and there were very loose directions on what to do with your keys etc. I was nervous about not getting my deposit back.

I received a message while en route to Tulsa that Payless would not be able to honor my reservation as they did not have any vehicles. I ended up stranded as a result. I will never ever book a rental with Payless again.
Inside car was clean, gentleman checking was good and responsive, rims outside car were dirty, drop off was confusing, each attendant had different ideas where to park, lady attendant at end was very nice and helpful
