The whole process took 3 hours, made worse by the fact that even after the paperwork was completed, there was an additional hour wait to clean the car.

Car was pretty beat up. Pick up process was slow as computer systems are antiquated. When we didn’t want to pay for an upgrade, we felt a different, less friendly, attitude.

We got there and all that was available was a van. We had two people and that was the “manager special” Thought I booked a compact car but apparently they just give you whatever is left over. Luckily we were able to upgrade.
