The two young ladies we dealt with in person Saturday morning were very nice and apologetic, but there was nothing they could do with the fact there was not a Suburban or even equal vehicle for us.

I reserved a Premium SUV over a month earlier (5/1/21) than the date we needed (6/12/21), including multiple phone calls on the Friday before (6/11/21) to confirm we would have the large vehicle we needed. Not only is it extremely frustrating to call in and wait on hold for 10, 15, 20 minutes to be able to speak with an Enterprise rep, the fact we weren't called the day or two before our trip to let us know the vehicle we reserved would not be there so we could try and reserve it somewhere else is really ridiculous. I have rented from Enterprise many times before and this was by far the worse experience we have ever endured.

Price phenomenal Customer service at that jax location by kay was phenomenal Car was a great car but lacking maintenance. Had mechanical problems and front glass was full of glue from stickers removed at sime point and glue never removed. Return was phenomenal too Easy and very fast

Very prompt and courteous young man. He even pulled the van around and helped us put our luggage in the trunk. We were very blessed to have located a vehicle given the circumstances in Florida with the cancelled flights and Omicron and whatnot.

When I booked (pick up in jacksonville and drop off in alexandria) my price quote was in the $500’s. Upon pickup the vehicle reservation appeared to be pick up and drop off at the same location in jacksonville. The Budget employee informed us that we could come back and fix it later. I called a few days later and was told their system was locked because they were booked out for the week. I called corporate and was told there was nothing they could so except charge me the fee for returning to a different location ($300+) Our total upon returning the vehicle was $845. To say I’m upset and frustrated is an understatement. In a day where we book things from our phone, on the go, with no printed copy of our reservation, I would hope mistakes like this wouldn’t happen. And if and when they do occur, I would hope the company would have enough Integrity to equip its employees to make it right for the customer. Instead I am left feeling robbed and not taken care of. Just another $ to a company. What should have been a wonderful trip to visit my husband and kids dad after months away at training, is left marked with the tinge of frustration as the amount of money our rental car ended up costing. Which isn’t an easy price tag to swallow. We could have flown for cheaper I hope you re evaluate how you equip your team to take care of it’s customers. Unsure if I can ever speak kindly of Budget and it’s “budget friendly” prices to any of my friends or family.

Having a car would have been nice…! Not even the place I have rent didn’t advised me before I went there that they actually didn’t have any car available for me, they have transferred me to another Hertz location 10miles further telling me that they had plenty of cars and they would accept my rental confirmation code… well, this place didn’t has any car either!! When the customer service person called the other person to say « why haven’t you verified with me 1st? » he answered that we went there by our own and that he never said that they had car for us!!! Not enough to put my plans off, they also make us waste precious vacations time and money! I called when I came back asking if they could at least have a car ready for me for the next morning and they said they couldn’t guarantee… that ppl could extend their car rental so they couldn’t guarantee a car…!!!! Really?? How can you manger a business like that? Then he told me that the rental was canceled and I had to redo one!! He tried to make a rese For me as I was so upset and he kept me online for a half of hour for finally telling me that he couldn’t do it, I had to reso the a whole process online myself. Not even Hertz will never have my business, but Kayak either (was my first and last experience).

I had rented and prepaid for a hybrid sedan knowing that I was going to be driving quite a bit. I get to the rental location and they have no hybrids available. They say they upgraded me to a small suv (Nissan Kicks), but honestly for the price I would have preferred a smaller sedan. The Nissan drove terribly and while it got decent gas mileage-we had to stop and fill up every 300 miles.
