It was difficult to reach the staff who n the phone prior to pick up and prior to drop off. I am not at all comfortable returning the car without someone checking me out. When I did reach someone to ask about dropping it off, I was told they have a 24 hour shuttle. However, it is Wally Park’s shuttle, from whom Easirent leases space and the driver was not at all happy about taking Easirent customers to the airport, claiming the don’t pay for it. Additionally, the shuttle driver this morning also claimed that Easirent ran out of reserved cars, Saturday and Sunday, leaving people with paid car reservations and no car, even though they had a reservation and had paid. Many people apparently were very very unhappy. I say “claimed” because he complained all the way to the airport and I have no way to verify it. With the main offices in the UK, somebody needs to be responsible for what happens here. I will not be renting from Easirent again in spite of their having low rates.
