I have paid in full when I reserved the car on kayak site and when i returned the car with full tank of gas, they still charged me $217.72. there is no phone number to reach out to a real customer service at Sixt and we are still going back and forth. On top of that, when I went to pick up a car, I have reserved Luxury mid size SUV, they rented out the car they told me that they don't have that model and they only had station wagon and they were telling me that it is a compatible car. the guy at the counter was not only helpful with the situation but very rude and had to talk to his supervisor and suggested that I come back to pick up the mid size SUV the next day as if that was a deal that I was getting. I had to waste so much time going back to pick up the car twice at the airport and there are no apologies and now I am having to deal with the charge of $217.72 for not fueling the fee which is a lie.... I would never want to do business with sixt rental car and I will not recommend to anyone.
