About two hours before I was supposed to return the car, I realized I had selected the wrong airport. The customer service agent I spoke with did a fantastic job getting the issue rectified quickly. It was quite a relief.

Picked up vehicle, wasn’t cleaned. Windshield crack in transit and wasn’t able to get another car that I could exchange for. Ended up having to cancel my return trip because I wasn’t comfortable with how they handled the situation. Will not use again

It was a terrible experience. They contacted me the day I was supposed to pick up the rental and cancelled the booking saying they were overbooked and offered me no alternatives. Plus I had to call a different department to get my money refunded to me.

They didnt have my vehicle and wouldnt just upgrade they wanted to charge. Also horrible cutomer service. I had to cancel and rebook through Kayak for an 80+ additional cost.

I was surprised that when I went to pick up the car I was told I would be getting something smaller than what I selected. She "upgraded" me, so I had to pay extra to get the size car I expected to rent. Overall, I was happy with the car I ended up with.

When we arrived at the Austin airport, the Enterprise manager called to say not to bother to come to the Enterprise office because there were no cars of any kind anywhere in Austin, even though we had made our reservation weeks ago and received a confirmation the day before our arrival. It was the Formula 1 Grand Prix and no cars we’re a available, regardless of our reservation and confirmation.

I booked a SUV rental with Enterprise Rent a Car through Kayak. When I arrived at Enterprise I was told they had tried to contact me but the “third party” I had booked through had not shared my contact details, which I found hard to believe as I had email confirmations from both parties. They told me my “convertible” would be ready shortly. I told them I had booked an SUV as I had 4 large suitcases which wouldn’t load in a convertible. After insisting on getting a SUV Enterprise said they had found one and had it sent over from another branch. We waited 90-120 minutes before we could get going. Not the experience we thought we would have!

At drop off, they failed to scan in the vehicle correctly. I received notification that they were charging me for extra days. It took over 45 minutes to straighten out over the phone with a customer service agent .

Was unable to rent a car for the days I needed (due to travel cancellations so not Avis fault). However, paying $50 for a reservation I cancelled minutes after making it was unfortunate. Please look into updating your website’s user interface on mobile, it was not very user-friendly.

When we picked up the vehicle, it had no heat! It was 26degree weather outside, so heat was a must. We called customer service who gave us significantly wrong information for an exchange, including wrong hours, which resulted in us getting locked in the garage with no heat in the freezing cold after hours. Overall it was a very rough experience!

Really easy! However it would have been nice if the guy at the Austin car lot was more knowledgeable about how to hook up my cell phone to blue tooth. Dont forget to sign up at rentalradar.com for price drops. Every time rates went down, I made a modified my reservation. Saved over $225 in the course of 4 months by paying attention to rate drops.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The process from pick up to drop off was smooth and fast. I only had 2 incidents: one was the car tire pressure alert and having to stop to put air into the right rear passenger tire. The staff were sorry for that inconvenience, The second : The Nissan Altima has many safety feature alerts- some I was not aware of- in heavy rain- so if you are unfamiliar with the car you are renting- ask the questions before you drive away. The staff are helpful to answer questions.
