A Disingenuous company who didn't mark up all the damage to the tired car they gave us, refused to update the damage report, refused to look at the car on return and then charged us 450 euros for damage we didn't do. We used them because they were cheap. If you use them make sure you check the car and get their agreement prior to driving away, but if I were you I would use a more reputable company. we will never use them again.

Pick up process is incredibly complicated. They make you wait in queue to go up to the counter where they confirm your information only to be told to go fill in your document information at a kiosk. You then have to wait again to back to the same counter once you’ve filled all the information in. I did not like how this agency takes a fuel deposit, this was not mentioned anywhere prior to hiring the car.

I registered for the rental via the website. I then arrived at the rental location and registered a second time via the terminal in the location. The terminal required an agent to confirm my data. The agent came to the terminal and then requested that I come to the counter and register a third time. Then the agent said that if I do not purchase Euros 120 in insurance (on a 2 day, Euro 50 rental), the company will block Euros 1,000 up to 30 days on my credit card. The fact that none of my registrations saved me any time combined with being confronted with the choice of either freezing Euros 1000 on my credit card or paying insurance which amounted to more than twice the amount for the car rental, made the experience unpleasant. I felt that there was a lack of taken advantage.

Car price was low but insurance offered on the spot was x5 of the car price. On return, the petrol station is right next to the rental facility. parking was situated on the beat rocky ground and it was difficult to take the luggage out of there. I returned the car 4 days ago and still didn’t receive my deposit back. I tried calling but no option allowed me to speak with the office.
