I liked that the car was clean, new and perfectly functionable. I didn’t like the fact that I was asked for a deposit amount ridiculously high in comparison with the model of the car. Anything thing is when I booked online there was another brand presented, Hunday i 10, but after the booking was completed I received a confirmation of Kia booking. That made me confused and doubtful. The most unpleasant moment was when I returned the car, the gentleman who received it, identified a scratch on the car which as per his back up photos was not there, as well as on the sheet that is given upon pick up, there was no scratch mentioned. However when I received the car I was informed about this matter but I didn’t check the paper to be marked as was very tired and forgot about it. As a result we had an argument and went through many photos on his computer for him to show me that the scratch was not there at all at any time before I picked the car up and that it is a result of my fault. Finally I noticed one of the photos where the scratch was there and this resulted in my deepest disappointment that I was the subject to be fooled around so that they could get more money in a dishonest way. My lesson was learned and a client was lost.
