Didn't like anything they refused to rent because I didn't want the sunpass on. Horrible just scam artists theretening that you need more insurance or the pass on for 15.00 a day

You need to take a second shuttle to their place. The line was long and the customer representatives seemed slow. They charge you your deductible in your credit card if you don’t want to pay for their insurance. Lastly, he made me sign the document that said the car was in perfect condition and didn’t give me information about verifying if that was correct. He didn’t mention anything about the gas. When I returned the car, the person receiving the car showed me a crash dent in the back left side of the car that I never saw. Luckily he was able to track that previous customer returned the car without that crash. I will never rent from them again. They didn’t explain things or verification that is essential. Now I now for next time.

kayak deal was too good to be true.... $9.96 rate diverted to be booked thru priceline... priceline cover sheet shows unlimited mileage only to check in and be told... that does not apply to FL residents based on miniscule fine print from the supplier site whose info was buried behind several clicks... costed be added $39 at check in as FL residents get max of 50miles.... this transaction should have been honored as unlimited based on the priceline offer whom i signed with.... feels like a bate and switch deal. for future will only book these with direct name car rentals I usually use

Nothing when we got there we didn’t a car because we got two hours late also they didn’t give my money back I will never recommend this company to my worst enemy our plane was the reason we got late but they didn’t care so really bad company

It was the worst service i had, our flight was delayed by 1hr and the time i got to the rental place (2hrs after scheduled pick up time) the clerk told me that they gave my car to someone else. We were 6 people travelling and absolutely needed a 7 passenger vehicule. The clerk told me that there is nothing that can be done and moved on to the other customer. He had no understanding, empathy, basically telling me to move and go on about my day and figure it out myself with my problem. We ended up leaving no car in hand. Terrible customer service, and will nevee go back

Truly unbelievable experience. Naive of me to think scams like this don’t exist in America. “No hidden fees” but when you go to pick up the vehicle there’s loads of hidden fees. If you want to use your own insurance, they charge you $20 per day, then a $2500 deposit on top of that strictly because you want your own insurance. Attempt to make that payment, they do not accept American Express. They don’t accept debit. They don’t accept cash or check. Don’t have a $2500 line of credit available on your card? You’re not allowed to split the $2500 deposit on 2 cards, only 1 card full payment accepted. Want their insurance? $500 for 6 days plus an additional $500 deposit. I paid for a car seat, get there and they don’t have car seats, had to go to target and buy a car seat. They didn’t have the size vehicle we rented so we got downsized. When I asked about money back for the downsize, they said they would need to book a new rental, and the rates of the smaller vehicle are HIGHER than what we already have booked because of the timing. Incredible, unethical, infuriating. By the end of the week, the final charge for my my $21 per day car rental cost me $63 per day after all the hidden fees. Never again in my life. Great learning experience, just go work someone trustworthy and reputable.

Price was misleading. Site did not specify sunpass and liability insurance had to be applied. Waited outside in the heat in long line up for service for a long time. Car was nice and very clean. Would not rent or recommend this place again.

Paid them and when I got there it was a $1,000 deposit. They kept my money too and I didn’t get a car. You probably don’t want me to review this company. Nothing but bad to say.
