Made a reservation, showed up, no cars. People waiting hours. Called another location. Made another reservation. Got a call from them while in the taxi on the way there: no cars at that location either, canceling our reservation. Went with Alamo instead.

Quick pickup, price was as advertised with no hidden fees, accepted AMEX, company agreed to a different drop off at no extra charge. The car was generally clean however there was a very strong unpleasant body odor on driver's size; the interior was not properly cleaned. The odor was strong enough to create a very unpleasant experience. Thankfully it got better after a few days but was still noticiable after the car was left in the sun.

Enterprise confirmed a booking for a car rental (online), charged my card but when I showed up to pick up the car, they told me that they are sold out.

The staff were all very helpful and kind. Very friendly. The car itself could’ve been in better shape. It shook and vibrated on the highway between 70-80mph. (The speed limit on FL highways is 70mph)

Rental was NOT at airport, adding $60 in taxi fares to get back and forth to Avis site in the city. Their office was being renovated, so they were sharing offices with Budget. Small, dark, creepy, way too busy for such a tiny building, and grossly understaffed. There were NO CARS AVAILABLE. Our reservation was for 11AM, didn't receive a vehicle until 1:30. Car was just okay. I'll never use Kayak again based on this initial experience.

It’s better to update the opening hours for holidays. I successfully booked a car for Dec 25. I even received a confirmation letter from Avis in the morning of Dec 25. However, the store was closed for Christmas when we arrived. We have no choice other than go to airport, wait in a line and book a new car. It wasted us 1 hr.
