They didn't have the car, even though I called to confirm. Left me high and dry.
The coverage is super expensive. Added almost $400 to our $1000 rental. Drop off was super confusing. Directed to customer service for a receipt but line was so long I just left. Still waiting on my emailed copy of the receipt
I did NOT rent at Dulles in the Kayak reservation. I CANCELLED it within 1 hour of making the reservation and received a cancellation confirmation on the website. I have the screenshot from 9/01/22.
All fine but pricing I thought is little high and feel Hertz is trying to milk it in the name of Tesla and it’s Y model.
Friendly staff at rentals counter. Lot attendants were disorganized and driving erratically when bringing vehicles to waiting customers (i.e. peeling out, speeding and unsafe stops near customers). Booked a compact car and was given an Acura TSX that wreaked like pot/cigarettes and looked like it had been through some pretty sketchy previous rentals. Car was riddled with dents, scratches and has extremely bald and dry rotted tires. This car should not be on the road. Overall, I got what I paid for and was able to get home after missing my connection.
