Customer service was good however there was a car shortage and you had to wait over an hour to receive rental even with a pre-paid reservation.
No one was there when I got there, couldn't get the car, complete swindle.
I need a credit card to rent the car AFTER they told me that I could use a debit card.
Service was slow, not the right amount of people at the counter for the amount of people waiting. after that I would say that the lady at the counter was friendly.
I reserved a car online and when I went to the counter to pick it up. she said we don’t have a car for you. I had to go to another agency. We were tired and had been flying all night. This was UNACCEPABLE! you don’t appreciate your clients. Thank you for literally nothing!
