They did not have the car I reserved. I had to spend several hours trying to find a different rental car. Absolutely terrible experience.
They didn't have a car for us. Had to spend $800 more to rent with someone else.
They had the reservation, and when we arrived at the Airport basically told us they had sold too many cars to other people and scratched our name off he list providing zero help and assistance. Greedy they go with the most expensive reservations and leave you at the airport with no car. the don't even advise you before you arrive that they cancelled you.
Ready for this? No cars available when I arrived at the airport. That’s right. No cars. Told me they were sorry. Never again.
Despite our confirmation number, they had no cars available. Lots of other people were also sent away. Really stinks
