I didn’t like being switched from a gas to an electric car without my request. I spent the two days I had my car worrying about recharging stations and possibly losing a short vacation to charging time. Luckily the battery recharged a fair amount descending from the mountains. Also, at the return, the agent asked me if I had photos to prove that a couple of dings weren’t made by me. They weren’t. And this after no agent inspected the car with me at delivery. Luckily a supervisor overruled him. The whole experience at the office was uncomfortable. The car itself was OK.

1 hour to pick up the car Very lengthy process to enter information I was lucky to be given a thermic engine. A lot of people were given electric cars only totally unsuitable to Corsica with no warning.
Brought it back empty and was only charged €18 to charge it back up
The car was very dirty on the exterior given the dusty parking lot. The tech on site ran it through the car wash which was nice but it was still filthy on the exterior. We managed though… could have been worse (the interior was very clean).
