everything was great !
They gave our vehicle away. The serviceman was rude and refused to help find another vehicle for my family. Other enterprise locations say they aren’t allowed to do so. A complaint will be made.
Pickup and drop off were swift. No major problems with the car, however there was a bad smell in the vehicle. We had to buy an air freshener to get rid of it. We told the management upon arrival and they did give us a discount on our reservation.
Although pick up was slow because they seemed extremely understaffed. There were a lot of customers with booked cars but only two employees . Thankfully the two that were available tried very hard to make everybody happy. The car was great and return was smooth.
I had to pick up the car from the airport in Ottawa which was inconvenient as I was staying down town. My drop of location was Toronto airport which was a drive from Mississauga. It would of cost me additional money to have if dropped closer to my place.. I understand there is les car available due to COVID. Other than that I was happy with the service and vehicle.
