Friendly staff; easy location to find. We’ve rented from them 3 times, and would do so again. Choice of vehicles is not great, but prices are fair, plus there’s no pressure to purchase their insurance.

Cost is high, including cost of insurance. Rental car had dents and scrapes, and the headlights were badly misaligned, which made visibility poorer at night.

The car we got was fine, but pick up was super slow and overly complicated (shuttle from airport, then it took them 30+ min to get us & drive us to pick up the car despite the pick up location being less than one mile away). Staff wasn't super friendly or helpful--not overtly rude, just meh. Overall it's worth it to rent from elsewhere since there are so many options available.
