The van smelled like smoke that had been poorly covered up by a cleaning agent and it never went away. We had 3 young kids in the car and they complained every time we got in that it smelled. When we were picking up the van it took about 30 min to get the van. Also, there was another family behind us in line and they were also getting a van. We were talking to the girl at the counter when they brought 2 vans up but they let the other family choose their van first which is how we ended up with the van that smelled bad. Overall it was a poor experience and I wouldn't rent a car from Dollar again.

VERY long line to get the car and then another 30+ minutes for them to find a car for the people waiting. They offered a Telsa, which is great. I asked about how the recharge works and they had no idea how to show me so I passed on the car. They should know how each and every car works to help clients. Employees were literally sitting around waiting for cars to show up with a very long line of clients waiting. Check out guy never acknowledged me, simply grabbed the contract from my hand and then waved me through. Overall, poor customer service.

It took us 1 1/2 hour to pick up the car!!!!!!! We got to the counter in the middle of the night and there were only two workers at that time. When we went to pick up the car, there were only Teslas available. We had no idea how to drive the car and there was no one to help. thankfully we found a site online to help. It was difficult to drive a car we don't know anything about. Dropping it off was quick and easy.

Terrible service, dirty vehicle, downgraded to a smaller suv than what we reserved, long wait times (over an hour), so many issues including forgetting to give us the remote key to our vehicle before we left.
