Upon renting my budget car rental a few changes were made through live chat, changes that did not show up at The budget Mississauga airport location, which doubled the cost of my rental and budget staff were not able to correct. After a long flight and delays in transportation to rental desk for my 80 year old mother I was fed up and angry to learn of the cost increase. This was not fair to me or mother . We just wanted to get home after a frustrating end to a wonderful trip. Someone needs to rectify the wrong.

I had provided with the hybrid toyota and purchased the fuel so i wooul not have to "fill" the vehicle prior to return (an $83.00 add-on). As much as this is usually a convenice, in this instance i actually paid more but alot for that service. The cost to fill the hybrid was $50.00. Next time i will save my hard earned money and fill it myself should i receive a hybrid rental.

We had issues with trying to drop the car off. The direction to your drop off location was very poor, I drove around the airport many times until my wife called the airport customer service center to get direction to the drop off site. We called the budget number but it was hard to get a hold of anyone and whan we did they were not very helpful. It would be helpful to have a hand out with a map or written instructions on where to go to get to the drop off location and better signage once you are in the parkade, either on the pavement with directional arrows or over head signs.
