Pros:Pick up and drop off were quick and easy.
Cons:While it was great to have a truck I was surprised it had big mudder tires on which made it really loud.
There was one hour waiting for the pick up. Under staff was the issue as well as the shortage of car
Cons:Vehicle was not ready at pickup. Had to wait 30 + minutes The second seat area was filthy. No one was at the counter at drop off.
We were given the wrong type of car so we didn't have room for all our luggage. Luckily my brother in law was with us and had room in his car. The car reeked of cigarette smoke, we were offered a discount and never received it. We told them upon receiving the car that we needed to change the drop off location, they said it wasn't a problem but they never changed the location. We also asked about a second driver and were told again no problem, so when we went to add him days later they told us they were going to charge us. We weren't told that when we asked about it originally or we wouldn't have drive to their location to make him a driver. Also to make it worse they were going to back date it and make us pay for days before we added him. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.
Staff was pleasant, overcharged for an extra hour but quickly refunded.
