the guy who checked us is was fabulous, when we brought back car a girl didn't know how to find out since we brought back car earlier than expected charged us the full price, not happy about that.

Budget didn’t have anyone at the rental counter to assist me. I waited for ten minutes and no one showed up. I then went to the Alamo agent and they said that the budget person does not show up on a regular basis. So I cancelled my reservation with budget and booked with Alamo on the spot. Alamo was awesome.
