Budget at the airport was closed in January 1st but they still allowed the booking to be made. It was also more expensive than a local brand called Localisa. Would recommend Localisa instead.
The car was the perfect model for the terrain and type of trip I made. The customer service was terrible. Pick and drop-off directions and locations were confusing. I waited for an hour just to get through the phone. Hidden fees that were not relevant to the driver. I was charged a fee for something called 'Pico y Placa,' it was well explained why I had to pay that fee. The worst customer service I had as far as car rentals go in Colombia.
