The windshield was extremely dirty and both side mirrors dirty. Nobody takes the time to explain any of the vehicle features . Remember not All vehicles are not the same. Your office at the drop off on Marco island was excellent. The Orlando airport pickup location needs to be reminded of these things.

When I called Enterprise to inform them that our flight was delayed by 2 hours they told me there would not be a representative to wait for my party to pick up the car. We landed at 130am and I was told I could get the car at 6am. I was traveling with 3 small children so I canceled the reservation and used a company with better customer support.

Better communications between kayak and the rental car company was not enterprises problem you pay for the car insurance through kayak and then they don’t have it there

I was told just to go and pick a car from any row from this row I rented a Malibu I want to put an Nissan if that’s all that was there and I had to pay extra insurance because they lost my rent the reservation wasn’t connected with kayak Ray

Tried to upsell me on a million things. Took forever for the shuttle. Had hidden fees they tried to get out of me, including for a toll pass. Really regretted going here instead of a more established chain.

Horrible! Shuttle took an hour to come. Actually getting the car (even with prior reservation) took FOREVER. Staff seemed to care less. Crazy fees. I suggest to avoid this place at all costs! Do yourself a favor and pay a few dollars extra and rent from a place located inside the airport

Pick up was excellent. The rental agent Sophia gave wonderful customer service and had a fantastic personality. When the vehicle was returned asked for reciept and was told one would be emailed to me returned on 18 th and today is the 21st still no email containing reciept

pick up place was at 7499 S. Augusta Orlando. but it took almost 3hr wait bec the staff said thewas no van avaipable and rhe rare was diff. the staff asked me if i need an insurance, i said we already purchased one. bec we were on a scheduled trip to Tallahassee, he didnt notice that the staff included the 30bucks a day insurance. we were toldnto go back to the pick up location to change the contract. they were unwilling to do it on the phone despite duplicate collission/accident car insurance. this was additonal $120 that we dont need.
