Agent at desk was rude. Car was dirty inside and out. Had reserved prior at different location and they called me an hour prior to pick up to say they did not have vehicle. Web availability is not accurate. Was told I need to call each store to verify inventory but the store number gets routed to call center who cannot verify. Company needs new software, better management and the employees will hopefully have a better attitude when they have less issues.

Great value in types of vehicles for the price. Great prices on one-way rentals, better than I've seen with Hertz and Enterprise. Easy pick up and drop off.

My disappointment with my rental car experience was not with Budget (although the agent at Orlando Sanford Airport could have been nicer), my problem was with Kayak. When I booked it was not clear that I was booking with a rental car agency that was office site. Buyer be ware, this resulted in me getting a taxi to take me 20+ miles to the agency and a $60.00 bill one-way. I don't think I will use Kayak again. Don't always go for the lower price.

The only problem I have was on collecting the vehicle the 1st one had a flat tire, the 2nd one required a service, the 3rd needed window screen washer which took about twenty minutes to sort all in all I lost and hours

Enterprise has the best customer service that I have seen in long time when a problem occurs. I booked them through Kayak believing it was for Airport pickup. When arrive at airport I'm advised it is off airport pickup. We paid 65.00 and 15.00 tip for cab to take us to location and the cab took us to wrong location. The agent at Enterprise said let us see if we can take care of you here so that you don't have to find cab again to go to different location. They found same car and honored same rate. They then told me that I could drop off car at a different location for Enterprise about a mile from airport and cab fee should be far less. Dropping off the car worked out great and then we called for cab. Waited for cab for 40 minutes and never showed. The enterprise employee saw us still standing outside and told us to hop into his car and he would take us to the airport. Amazing customer service.

From my experience, Avis was not accommodating to me for booking through Kayak. I was contacted an hour before my pick-up time for them to inform me the car I reserved wouldn’t be available because no cars would be delivered to that particular location. When I asked if they could direct me to a location that would have vehicles, I was simply told to “Call customer service” then immediately hung up on. After booking through another company (which serves from the same location alongside Avis) they were able to book vehicles to customers who booked directly through them.

None of it was great. I guess maybe the amount of cars fo choose from.

Emergency roadside assistance took forever to answer the phone. The windshield wipers were not equipped for the car I received and instead of them fixing it, I had to drive to the airport and exchange it myself. This was during a heavy down pour and where the customer service place told me to drive originally was closed. It was not an easy process. And the return process was rough due to needing cards in hand versus on file. Very inconvenient

40 families in line for one agent working the desk at Orlando International airport. Waited a looong time only to find they didn’t have a car big enough onsite. Charged me double the quoted price. One seatbelt didn’t work. Had to carry luggage on laps because car was too small.
