There was not an airport shuttle as advertised. Just a car that could not fit everyone at once. Also there was a mandatory insurance charge added at the pickup that was not disclosed by kayak. Then a mileage fee that was also not disclosed previously. I ended up paying $100 more to ace than what was advertised on kayak for only a 2 day rental. Id have never booked through kayak if I knew that would be the case and i wont be doing it again.

Terrible experience. - ace is not located at the airport despite description - had to call and wait for 20 min for shuttle pick up - no greeting by driver - pick up location in middle of nowhere - held 500.00 on my cc - needed my personal vehicle license plate number - I will never use this rental company again.
