The wait time to pick up a car we had reserved for 2pm was 3 hours and 15 minutes. What a way to spend your first day on vacation. Need proof??? I’ll send photos of What it was like. We couldn’t cancel because it was outside the cancellation window.

I waited 2.5 hours to get a car. Then after driving a mile away, the car died. It took an additional 1.5 hours to get a new vehicle, because they assigned me one that was also assigned to another group. Ultimately, they tried to make it right, but they seem severely short staffed. And from speaking to other customers who had the same experience, it didn’t appear like my situation was unique.

Hertz was outstanding in service, quality of vehicle and friendly and helpful staff. The only negative was the cost. Advertised price was more than $721. Final price was $1,700 with fees and insurance add-on’s.

We experienced a lot of homophobia and shady upsells that were deceptive. Never using Hertz or Kayak again.

They added a $250 charge during the return. This charge was not for mileage, damage, fines, tolls, or fuel without telling me about it or explaining why. I call that being sleazy and dishonest business practices. Terrible business practices

Promised a Jetta and confirmed by Hertz day before, received Kia Optima which though underpowered was large enough and old model that was reliable. Problem was pickup where Hertz had few shuttles to and from airport so pick up was delayed compared to other rental companies. Overall MEH but did the job.

Wait for more than two hours to pick up the car ，inside the car has lots roaches ，while driving the roach climb out on the inside of the window ，the left over pizza in box leave in back seat of the car for coup of hour ，there already have three roaches inside the box eating the pizza ，never used this company again．

Our only problem was that the car had only 2/3 tank of gas when we picked it up. We noticed this shortly after leaving the lot and returned immediately and they topped off the tank.

I love the staff, but we had no idea that our car would need to be picked up in the downtown area. When you are unfamiliar with a city it would have been helpful to be advised it wasn’t in the airport pick. They did not provide any shuttle service to this location and outside of their control the taxi service would not pick us up at the location at the time we needed pickup. Luckily Uber was close, but this was a terrible disservice to the customer. The car was nice but not what we asked for either. We ended up spending double on gas than we originally thought we would. Not the greatest experience we have had.

We waited 90 minutes for a car. 90 minutes. The type we reserved wasn’t available so we were given a gas guzzler. We drove back to the airport the next day and got a different car - a beat-up Elantra with 47,000 miles on it. We were told it was “ready to go.” It was a blatant lie - it was filthy and spent the next hour cleaning the windows and vacuuming. Really lousy experience.

Waited for shuttle van, which passed us three times. Eventually had to take a taxi to hotel. Enterprise said they would contact us and deliver a car. Never heard from them again. Last time for Enterprise…..

I’ve had many different experiences with enterprise locations over the years. This location crew for both the pickup at Enterprise and drop off at Alamo was very efficient, fast, friendly, and professional. Kudos to them and makes me want to rent with Enterprise again! Great job, thanks!

Car smelled like a gallon of milk spilled in it and was left In the hot Sun. The van wasn’t detailed, there were dents and damage everywhere and I expected a lot better condition for $322 for 1 day rental. Besides that they had 2 employees to help 40 customers over 1 hour wait in line just to be told to get back into the regular line after making it to the front because I was not Avis preferred. I will never rent with Avis again.

While the staffs were fun and helpful, yet: (1) they did not sufficiently inform us that we need to paddle for 3 miles and this was not appropriate/doable with young children. (2) more importantly, they also did not pay attention to one of the kayaks as it got out of control, flipped by the waves, and put the amateur kayakers at serious risk of injury from hitting the cliff rocks. They were fortunate that were not hurt.
