Fast and efficient counter service. Price discrepancy acknowledged and remedied politely and quickly.

Car clean and the VW Jetta, achieved excellent gas mileage. Downsides - rentals are very expensive and we had to wait ~15 minutes to get the car after we checked in.

I made this reservation about three hours prior to pick up and there were no problems at all. Everything was as smooth as silk.

Rental quotes should be in Canadian Dollars--not U.S. Vehicle was comfortable, but was not washed (cleaned) adequately. Bird droppings on exterior window and door--Inside doors not cleaned.

The cost was overpriced. Gentleman at desk had very good customer service skills

Amazing customer service and I was so happy to get a free upgrade when the car I reserved required an oil change. The assistant was extremely fast with paperwork and didn't hesitate to "make it right" for me :)

We did not even get a car. I thoroughly read the fine print on the website, that clearly stated that a 'credit or debit card in the renters name must be presented'..no problem! My husband & I have chosen to get rid of our credit cards as we no longer desire living in debt, so as an added step of assurance after booking, I called the number listed on the site. I was very clear that I would be picking the car up in Halifax Nova Scotia, which is obviously in Canada. The booking number I provided also would show that my location was in Canada. The gentleman reassured me multiple times that I would NOT need a credit card to pick up the car. We head to the airport to pick up the car (over $120 is wasted taxi money!!) only to be told that a credit card is required. When I advised the clerk of my conversation with the Enterprise rep on the phone, she simply stated 'oh, that's only ìn the United States'. Absolutely ridiculous that a company as huge as Enterprise cannot figure out how to properly separate the 2 countries on their website. Something as simple as 'Click here for CDN', nevermind the fact that I actually spoke with a paid employee of a continent-wide company who doesn't seem to know basic Geography. Thankfully there are now apps for personal car rentals from people who do not discriminate against those of us who choose to live debt free. If you are going to have different rules for different countries, then make that crystal clear & stop misleading innocent people. If I ever do get a credit card in the future, I certainly won't be using Enterprise to rent a car.

I will rent with Enterprise exclusively going forward.

Loved that Hertz allowed a drop off at a different location. Communication about drop off point differed on paperwork compared to online confirmation. It all worked out.

Waited in line for pick-up on April 28th for over 1 hour. Counter short-staffed for volume. Friendly service once at counter, but by then my patience had long evaporated.

- Offered winter tires without mentioning that they cost 25$ a day (price is very high) - extending the rental is much more expensive per day! + car was new and good
