Just didn't know where to drop off keys at 5.30 a.m. at the airport. Had to go into the terminal to ask. First time dropping a car so early. But found it. A sign would have been nice. Or maybe I missed it. 🤔
Car rentals always end up costing more than the initial quote. It would be helpful to provide all additional options/charges up front. Having said that the staff at pick-up and return were very friendly; we got an upgrade, and the car was spotlessly clean. Would definitely book again. The clincher was rushing back to the car when I realized I’d lost my wallet when we got to the check-in area at departures….to hear the attendant we’d dropped the car off with saying “hear she is” and returning my wallet (with ID needed for travel) with a smile!

The only thing I did not like was that i was charged an additional $7.00 for an air conditioning fee. This should be included with the base price.Air conditioning comes with the vehicle when the car is manufactured. I then asked for a car without air conditioning; they do not have any such car. Money grab big time (ridiculous). DJ.
Loved that Hertz allowed a drop off at a different location. Communication about drop off point differed on paperwork compared to online confirmation. It all worked out.
