Easy check in with no hidden fees. You must provide proof of collision insurance in order to waive their insurance. I was able to show them my progressive insurance policy on my phone.
The employees of U-Save were incredibly nice and made our car rental experience enjoyable, which is an adjective I never thought I would use to describe my experience renting a car. All of the staff made the rental process easy and were flexible with our return when we were running late. They also held our bags for us in their office after we returned the car so that we could explore San Juan for a few hours before our flight. They then provided a free ride to the airport for us. On top of all of this, their price for the rental was the best that I had seen near the airport. I will definitely be renting from U-Save every time I come back.
U-Save was pretty much exactly what we paid for. It was very inexpensive compared to the other options ($290 for 1 week), but that came with some drawbacks: (1) The car was fairly dirty and had some dents and scratches (none of which we were charged for though), (2) the car had no wiper fluid, (3) we had an early flight and were never given check-out instructions until we called the day before (not a big deal, but would have been nice to know when we checked in). Overall, I would still rent here again since we just needed an inexpensive set of four wheels to get around in.

The company canceled my reservation before I could pick up the car. The reservation was for 12:00 and I called them at 1:15 and they had canceled it. This is after confirming the reservation less then 24 hours prior.
