Be very clear with your customers that the rental location is NOT airport car rental. If this is the case, allow them to return the vehicle to the airport free of charge. We spend $100 extra in tax/Uber service picking up and dropping off our car rental.

The website said they had cars available. When I arrived, I stood in line for more than 25 minutes only to be told that they had no cars. They only had full size SUVs and they wouldn’t honor the price that I booked online. I left their office without a vehicle as I was unwilling to pay the additional fees for the bigger car. It is really easy enough to get an Uber or Lyft for the few days I needed a car and avoid feeling as if I had been cheated at a rental car establishment.

We had two issues, first the backseat seat belt was broken - Enterprise quickly exchanged the car the next day. On the day of return, we noted that the window washer wasn't working and we were compensated. Love that Enterprise takes responsibility for their vehicles thru and thru! Thank you! We'll rent again!

The reservation was not honored. They told me they didn’t have any cars available until up to 2 hours after the reservation time. They even told me that if I have better options I should take them. Thank goodness I didn’t pre pay; although you charged me 33 usd for the “insurance” upfront

This was the first, and last, time that I will rent via a third party vendor, notably Priceline. In my searches, I was trying to rent from the airport location, and later discovered I had been routed to Resorts World which had just opened the day I was to pick up. It was a major fiasco which resulted in me being charged $130 more than I originally was supposed to be, a van that was given to me with low tire pressure (and I had to air up several times), a cigarette butt and drink left in the van, and due to Hertz just setting up in Resorts World, left without a way to return the van at the time I requested (they were to call me back that week to let me know if a lock box would be installed, or other ways to return it). There was also no direct phone number for that location, and I was given several other numbers that were not correct. Their maintenance man was the best person I dealt with on this trip...he was the ONLY form of customer service I experienced from Hertz!

I rented the car from resort worlds Hertz in the Hilton hotel in Las Vegas. When I entered the massive resort there are no signs for where the office is. I asked people and nobody knew. Finally I went to the Conrad hotel and a nice lady there told me she thinks it’s in the Hilton I finally got to the counter and the agents were all extremely nice. They find my reservation give me the keys and tell me to proceed to go get the car in the parking lot it will either be on the eighth floor or the third floor they’re not sure but I think it’s on the eighth floor. Now this parking garage is probably a mile from where I’m standing now with most of the time being outside in 115° heat. The gentleman told me to just press the panic button on The fob and that should show me where the car is. I get to the garage after another half hour go to the eighth floor look at the fob and there is no panic button. I press every button and every combination. I walk around in the excessive heat looking for the car because the eighth floor is outside in the direct sun. I then proceeded to the third-floor where there are literally hundred of cars. I am now fully drenched late for my departure from Las Vegas so I call the office. A gentleman picks up and says I am with a customer I will put you on a very brief hold is that OK. I said sure about 12 minutes later I hang up because I am standing in the excessive heat waiting for somebody to help me. I decided to go back to the eighth floor where they were less cars and where he said the car likely may be and lo and behold I see a car with the trunk open. The car is dirty actually filthy on the outside. The sticker on the drivers window was pulled off I guess however the residue was still there. Then proceed to drive to Palm Springs an hour late and drenched. Also extremely fatigued with a 4 Hour Dr. ahead of me. I arrive at the Palm Springs airport there are no signs it just says drop off the car so I do and then I think maybe I need to check in because in the past I had to but being a gold card member I thought I could just drop off the car and leave the keys in the car. I get into the terminal up to though counter and the gentleman tells me he needs the keys so I have to go back to the car which again is 100 yards away and get the key. Another nice gentleman there was kind enough to get me the car keys. The gentleman at the counter did not apologize did not even have any inkling of caring about my experience. Has a gold card member and knowing how hertz reputation was in the past I can’t believe how downhill the service has gone. In addition the car was an extremely expensive $250 for one day.
