There was NO instruction how to get BACK. It took me 30 minutes riding around AirPort Car was OK
Waited over 45 minutes in a very long line with only 2 agents at the counter. The manager was called to handle a customer complaint and made no effort to assist with the line or engage with the customers. I didn’t get the car requested online. I had to answer the same questions that I already replied to online. My Avis advantage number couldn’t be used to expédiâtes me in the line for the Payless reservation, but there wasn’t a dedicated person to help with Payless customers. Overall it was a horrible experience. When I dropped off my car they still made me go inside to speak to a representative.
Car tank was not full, seats were stained
Everyone was great, friendly staff, ease of pick up and return and good value
I ran it through Palos but yet there was no person available at the booth when I went to pick up the car. I had to go through Avis. Upon return of the car, I asked for a refund as I did not use the toll box that had been sold to me for 25.99- again, Avis people instead off a Payless person- The representative helping me along with agents on either side of him who did we’re helping other clients decided to participate in the conversation about how that was silly of me to want a refund and that I would end up paying more for any tolls that Were incurred. When it was all said and done, he would not reimburse me the 25.99. Don’t be fooled by the low price- customer service stinks!
