Though I returned the car on time, I received a text to return the call 3 days afterwards and then I had to call customer care multiple times.

The wait to get a car was extremely long. Once we got the car, got the car seats and kids loaded wenheaded to the check out. We thought we were on our way, when we get to the drive out, we were told that we could not rent the vehicle because it had a recall. We then had to get another car, but the keys had to be found before we could unload the original car, our bags, kids and car seats. By the time we were done this process added another 30 or more minutes to or ability to drive out.

Con: Check in process was very slow; long line and only 3 employees. Car was uncomfortable to drive - not a good pick for a short person. Pro: Staff member I worked with was able to answer my questions effectively.

Completely unaware of a 80.00 charge for returning a rental car early. The truck smelled like a wet dog inside and was so dirty. I will not ever return to this place again.
