My car rental experience was terrible. Our rental was denied because there were no vehicles available. We ended up having to use another rental service for our trip.

Watch out for transfers. We were led to believe we were booking for pick-up at the airport, and the day before traveling, they called to confirm we were booked half an hour away in Denver. I asked if they had a shuttle and the guy literally said I could take an Uber. And he had no way to transfer to the airport location. Canceled and went with Budget. Enterprise slogan "We'll pick you up." ROFL.

Terrible customer service when calling the day before leaving to remind us pick up was not at the airport but 30 minutes away. I called several people to try and figure out how it wasn’t at the airport which I requested when I booked it. So either Kayak or Enterprise messed up the reservation and no one gave customer service to rectify the situation. Will never go through Kayak or Enterprise again.

After booking a flight and rental car apparently the reservation was made at a downtown enterprise rental car vs the airport one. If you book with enterprise double check your pick up location. Thankfully we were able to cancel the reservation and book with another company the day before our flight. They were unable to move our reservation between locations.

Total disaster - despite having made the booking a week earlier, we received a phone call 1 hour before we were due to pick up our car and were told there were no cars available. No explanation, no offer to help find another vehicle, just simply that "we have no cars for you". Completely unprofessional service.

Car was on empty and exterior was so so dirty. They said not to worry that inside was cleaned. Well, it wasn't..... full of dog hair in the cargo area. Had to buy a sheet to lay down so it didn't get on my daughters wedding dress bag.
