Drop-off location has been closed down for years but still showed up on reservation. Waited on hold over 30 min to talk to Hertz rep. Hertz rep on phone also said it was still open. When I arrived, the receptionist at the connected hotel said it had been shut down during pandemic and had never reopened. Had to drive to airport to complete return.

The email i got said to go to the off-shuttle side of the terminal to get the shuttle to the car rental agency at Sacramento airport. I needed to go to the on-shuttle side.

I ordered a 3hour rent juatto get from Sacramento airport to San Francisco airport. Then I realized tat I was supposed to droo it off at another SF location despite my specifixation of the two airports. Now Hertz wish to xharge me another 90usd for the fact I left it at the airport
