The staff were very friendly, great customer service, quite a walk to get vechile, but okay even with all the luggage. Vechile back row had garage left in back area. Vechile did what we need it to do. We were all pleased.
Really surprised that the Hertz counter wasn't open on a Saturday. Your sign said to drop keys off in the parking lot - after we had already dragged our luggage from the parking lot to the counter. I didn't see a sign in the parking lot about dropping keys off there and we were not told when we picked up the keys that this is what we should have done. Disappointed that the SUV was only a 4-cylinder too......... otherwise, everything was fine.
Staff were friendly, courteous and professional. Received a better vehicle than I was expecting.
The inside could have been cleaned a little better but it was super easy pick up and drop off. I would definitely use Hertz again.
Comfortably fit 7 passengers and luggage. Easy pick up drop off. Way too expensive!!
