when i booked the car at reen motion i havent read back them all the bad reviews other given them, this is my bad starting from the fact that i been late on the flight and when i arrive to the agency they cancelled my booking and want to charge me for the entire cost of 1 week rent without given me the car after spwaking with the manager he except to activate the contract but i found out that the contract been shorten in 6h. means i book the car for 6 days but got a punishment and reduce to 6 days - minus the actual time from booking our to actually receiving the car this is unbelievable after that it takes them 1.3h just to print the contract and give me the car why it takes so long as everything is manual process the car was so poor that no water in the glass washing / gas was half tank and not clean inside out
Mechanical issues with car, and local office made us pay extra money for insurance
