Joseph was great at checkout. Deja was superior at check in. Even more so when she called me later to remind me of all the things I forgot, namely my entire golf bag! Baronne NO is FIRE! Please stay away from other rental trappings! These folks take care of you!

The initial pick up was satisfactory and I extended for 3 more days but I had to return because the AC started blowing hot air. Then I found out the lady knew the AC was an issue before she gave me the car. She wanted me to drive with hot air over the weekend until Monday. I refused and the treatment became horrible. After I stood there being ignored for about 20 minutes, the lady showed me to another car and said “you want it cold well that’s one is blowing “ and she walked away. I got in and realized the car was old and run down but my credit card was charged the same rental fee and insurance like the previous modern electronic model car. I would never recommend Ace to anyone. That lady needs training in customer service.

They have a hold of $400 over the rental cost for another 7-10 business days after I returned my vehicle. This was no where mentioned during booking the vehicle. I have to follow up with them to ensure I get the money back. Too much hassle as a customer

Very complicated pick up. Doesn’t accept insurance with credit. Obligated to pay for extra insurance. It took 1 hour to pick up the car. Drop off was efficient.

Awful, awful company. NEVER, EVER RENT FROM ACE OR NIFTY. The reservation said unlimited miles. After I took a cab to their scary rental location on Poydras, I was informed that unless you have a round trip airline ticket to and from New Orleans, you only get 125 miles and then you are charged per mile. IT DID NOT SAY THIS IN THE RENTAL ADVERTISEMENT. Do not try to save a few dollars by using this cut rate, awful company and stick with the national rental companies.

The Manager was rude. She was not clear on the insurance policy. She did not have very good customer service skills. I had to go with another rental coming after taking a Lyft to pick up rental. Had the same insurance issue with the next rental company. Was able to get rental from other company because the agent was clear in explaining the insurance policy.
